How to import local file on hdb server

How can I import local file and store somewhere on the server (e.g. /usr/sap/HDB/home/).

I need to do it programmatically without hana studio. To be clear I am not interesting to upload local file directly to the table. I guess xsjs can't store data as file on hdb. Any HANA utility can do that?
