In general, nwsapsetup.log files (not sure if this is what you are referring to, are text files which can be analysed by searching for "1E " or "2E "
(space after the E). 2E errors are more severe than 1E errors.
You might be getting slightly confused, as nwsapsetup files are installation logfiles for SAPgui, but dump files are usually OS level errors or dll code errors causing memory issues. These are best analyzed with Adplus How to use ADPlus.vbs to troubleshoot "hangs" and "crashes"
