Claim process for Damage in SAP TM 1809

Hi Experts ,

How is claim process handled for Damage in SAP TM 1809. I could see only the option for WF -approval but couldnt find any other configuration for that.

For ex. Freight order has 100 Ton , transportation cost is 1000 USD. Due to damage the carrier needs to return 200 USD. How can this be handled in HANA TM ?
