Correct user credentials for SPAM

Hi everyone!

I would like to know which user credential I should use for SPAM/SAINT.

I usually use DDIC user for SPAM/SAINT but for some tasks, the system warns that DDIC has not the proper authorizations/rights.

For info: I am currently applying support package stack 16 onto my solution manager.

Any tip or help is appreciated.

Dear paulo,

DDIC can give you error in DDIC_ACTIVATION Phase, so please do not use DDIC user for any SPANM or SAINT activities.

Copy ddic to any other user and use it.

Please copy DDIC id to any other user id and use the new user id.

Never use DDIC or SAP* to import SPAM or Support patches.
