Error in VBAP-LSMENG

Hi,

I have a problem with an Orderu2019s status.

Order with one item;

u2022 quantity 100

u2022 delivered 100

Into VBAP there is a very strange data:

u2022 required delivery qty: 100;

u2022 Cumulative confirmed quantity 120; (??)

Also, if I use VA05N the Order appears open although all quantity, as I said, is delivered!

In VBUK:

Delivery status B;

Overall dlv.status B;

Overall status B;

Can anyone help me?! The system made a mistake during the update oru2026.?!?!?

Hi,

It might be due to quantity change carried out by the user.

The possibility would be, the sales order might have been created for 120, then only 100 might have been delivered (due to availability of the material). Then user later might have changed the order quantity from 120 to 100 and saved it.

Can you check the change history of the sales order, by going to VA03, menu Environment -> Changes?

The delivery status will change once the billing document is created.

Unfortunately this isn't the reason.

Another useful data could be that into delivery I found, as Open Quantity, 120!!

In normal circumstances, this should not be the case. Check in VD52 or zeroVLP whether Over Delivery Tolerance is maintained.

I don't think of the problem involves the Tolerance because The quantity delivered is 100 the same that I found into Order!

But the system tell me there are 20 of quantity available.

It could be the wrong update of the table caused by the system burdened?!
