Hi,

In the service Desk message Transaction Data->SAP Attributes Tab we can see the Component field.

I wanted to know when we click F4 we will get the list of component. Does all these component will come only if we map satellite system or By default SAP has provided all the components in this list.

Many thanks in advance.

Regards

PK

Hi PK,

the component list is loaded from the marketplace. You can update it from there using the update functionnality. My system is offline so I won't be able to check that, be if i remember correctly, you can fin it in the menu of tx DSWP (and i think there is a shortcut in IMG as of stack 20).

Hope it will help.

Regards,

Stéphane.

Hi PK

Whn you goto SPRO initially it is to be done via the activity GET SAP COMPONENTS so that it will fetch all the sap components from SMP using the sap rfc connection.

IMG help text for your clarification

Get SAP components

Use

To be able to select the standard SAP components in a Service Desk message you transfer the standard SAP components from SAPNet Support Portal into the Solution Manager system.

Requirements

You have defined your system landscape in the Solution Manager System Landscape (transaction SMSY).

Activities

Choose Edit -> Fetch SAP Components.

OR

you can do it via dswp as suggested above from the SAP menu.
