Hi
I have configure solution manager service desk. Senario is like , if any problem in ECC development
server, after creating the message thru the development server. The message will be populed in the
solution manager. But I have found that create user and create date was not getting populated.
Please guide us how to populate the same from Dev to solution manager

Hi Vimal,
Did you check the BP configuration for the user, who you try to create a message with ?
In tx BP, for your BP number and Business Partner role (from the drop down menu), in the identification tab, make sure that your BP has correctly been declared :
CRM001 USER_ID
Where SYS_ID is the System Id of your ECC system
installation number of your ECC system
client is the client which you want to be able to create support message from.
