How to Refresh the TMS Queue

Hello Experts,

I am using the following program line to read the QA worklist:

PERFORM read_qa_worklist IN PROGRAM sapltmsqi

The report will be executed as a background job.

But the problem is that, i have to manually refresh the QA worklist or TMS Queue before executing this report.

Is there any way (Function module) to automatically refresh the queue in background?

I am using SAP 4.7 system.
