Problems with simulating pay

Hi Experts

I am trying to generate wage type for an employee under basic pay PA30, i have check my wage type and define my ESG and PSG. But when I want to create basic pay, im unable to select a wage type for this particular employee even when i entered the wage type I was prompted either choose a valid function or ESG not valid

I have check through all the tables that you all have mention and make the necessary changes but for some of the employees Im still having the same error. And there's a few employee that I can assign the wage type and the paygrade but I encounter this error: period salary is not within the range (0.00-0.00SGD). But I have already define the pay range for the particular paygrade

Please help.

Hi,

Check whether you have manitained any values in table V_T510N. You might have missed your Pay grade and level in this table

It might be checking Min and Max value in this table

I have maintained values in V_T510N but I still encounter the same error in indicating the amount value for the employee: Period salary not within the range.

Did you check the personnel area these ees are in to see if they are in the right country grouping that you meant to configure for (V_T500P) ?

This is my error:

Period salary 7.240,00 is no longer within the range (0,00 - 0,00 SGD)

Message no. RP360

Diagnosis

The amount 7.240,00 for the period is outside the margin 0,00 - 0,00 SGD, which is defined in the pay structure for employees. It is compared directly with the entries in the Pay Grade Level table (T710).

System Response

Depending on the entry in the Pay Grade Level (T710A) table, the system either outputs a warning or rejects the entry.

Procedure

Check your entry.

I try to access T710 but I was not allowed to open the table

Hi,

Try making entries for the required grade and level in the following table.

V_T710CL_B

Also check whether there are any entries maintained for your country gouping

Are you in a position to create basic pay after making entries in table T710A? What is the error message payroll.

Let me know which PCR or Function throwing error

for that wage type maintain everywhere 1 and see

Have you maintained the nodes Pay Scale Groupings and Basic Salary for India nodes in IMG? Configure these nodes if not done.
