Solved My Problem
Venkat,
Check running your query from the BI end using a WAD or a BEx Analyser and figure out if it takes lot of time to execute.
They might be too many records that the qurey is trying to fetch.

Yes i Have Checked in Bex Query It Takes Time of 10 Minutes .
Now Issue is solved .
We Have Gone To RZ11 inserted The Parameter Keep_alive Time to 5 Minutes ots work fine now in Portal
