We have configured our Portal UWL for Guided Procedures and MDM tasks. There is also a standard UWL System defined called ActionInbox using the ActionInboxConnector. We are facing a problem due to the failure of this ActionInbox system. Whenever a user opens the UWL, the following message is displayed on the top:
"An error occurred while trying to connect to the provider"
On opening the details for this error, we find that the ActionInbox system has failed with the message "Failure in retrieving from action inbox". Due to this problem, none of the GP tasks are coming to the UWL (but are visible in the GP Runtime). We are working on NW04s SP18.
