Archiving of preferential data for customs on SAP ECC system

Hey guys

--> Maybe one day customs authorities will examine my company (ZOLLPRÜFUNG). If they ask for information e. g. how we determined that product 4711 was preferentially qualified, we will show them the system log for any result.

I am searching for a possibility to archive results of preference determinations. How can I do that and where is the information stored? Where can I change the needed settings? This is not done on GTS but on our ECC systems (yes I know this is the GTS part of this forum.).

Up to now, I only found transactions VX99, ENPR and SARA.

Is that the right direction? Advice highly appreciated!

for you list of transactions , you can add ALO1 .

I don't konow, which Result you want to archive

- the documents, you get from your supplier ( Langzeitlieferantenerklärung ).

This you have to archive normally to the purchase Information - but there are to many Data.

I woult archive this under the supplier master data.

- the documents of the preferential calculation ( Präferenzkalkulation ) there is a SAP - Standard archiving behind of ENPR and that works pretty good. You can get the Result of the Calculation out of the archive by standard Transaction. I have not done any special programming for it. I do the archivation after an small periode of time - 1 Month, because the preferential calulation creates lots of data, you only need to loock at in time of the examination.

Hello,

material (made of several components) is calculated today with positive result.

In 3 years customs authorities will examine our company and ask how material was determined as preferentially positive.

So I will have to record the following:

- Material(s) / Components

- Date / Time

- Result

I think I will need transaction SARA, but which object? MM_PREF or MM_PREW? Maybe another object?

How can I find out if logging or data is already active? If not, which menu do I use and which options are left?
