When we create sales order with VA01 , it produces more than one idocs.
why?
Only even numbered idoc sent target system.

Have you checked your interchange partners in sending mode (WE20) and also the number of messages in communication definition (VV13) ?
Could you please be more specific?
What is your business case?
What is the IDOC type?
Is it input or output?
Our business case is to send IDOC to target system (Sap MII) when sale order create (with VA01) or sales order change (VA02).
IDOC type is ORDRSP.
It is output form ECC 6.0 system.
I understand the ORDRSP IDOC is sent when the order is created and also each time the sales order is modified.
You might want to check in the sales order modification log why these modifications occur.
