Hi Jing zhang,

Your code is used to define how the members in the dimension needs to be displayed in data.

To remove dimension from navigation panel you can use Dimensions property in Navigation panel properties window

You can remove and reorder the dimension list of navigation panel here.

But you can access them in code and use it in crosstab and charts

Thanks,

Poovarasan

Hi Jing Zhang,

You can remove the unwanted measures in your data source in initial view.

Also you can filter in application using setFilter(); option.

It cannot be hidden completely as it was handled as structure object and keyfigures are members of the structure in design studio.

Thanks,

Hi Jing Zhang,

Yes setfilter removesthe measure from structure, it acts like a filtering.

The filtered measure will be removed from the structure, like what happens when you filter the values in dimension.

Hi Jing Zhang,

Always welcome. Everyone in SCN are here to help. Enjoy learning....

For your requirement,

You can remove measures completely from navigation panel if you don't want like you remove dimensions. But you cannot remove a particular measure in navigation panel.

Because the measures structure is considered as a dimension like country, customer etc.,

Then each measure is like values of dimension like US, India, China, Japan for Country dimension.

So you can only filter them. But however you can remove measures from navigation panel list and use them in rows or columns of data as below.

The measure list will not be available for user to select. But he can remove measure in run time. So you can add a button to add measure again in data source, if user removed it by mistake.

Thanks,

Poovarasan
