A lot of you had recommended me to go through the blog - /people/bruyneel.guillaume/blog/2008/05/02/service-desk-implementation-guide-part-i - Service Desk Implementation Guide 1 and 2. I assume most of u have followed it and understood it better than me...
It was a great guide, I have setup everything. I have just one question - This blog says that the user SHOULD BE IN AN ACTIVITY GROUP - what does this mean? Does that mean that the user should be in some role or profile? If thats the case, what shud be the auth object?
Please Please Please help.. I have completed the config. Means PROC1 is connected to SUPPORT_TEAM_1. But, when USER1 sends a message, it does not arrive to Support Team 1 .. I think its because USER1 is still not in an ACTIVITY GROUP. How can I put USER1 in an ACTIVITY GROUP which know SUPPORT_TEAM_1?? Plllllllllllease help !!
thanks ... JZKALH
Dear Lobo,
Please try to search some basic documentation of SAP Security, you will eaisly find what is mean by activity group.
