I have a requirement where I need to set the default language for a particular set of Apps as English. Whlle a user can login to the Launchpad and have many groups of applications, is it possible for certain applications not to be affected by any language change?
For example: certain set of applications could open in German (which would be the sap-ui-language set). But while sap-ui-language is set to German, the user still needs to see a particular application only in English (no matter what). Is it possible to set the language so that it is Application specific? Or is there a way we could code it within the application such that it would only affect the desired application.
I have maintained my i18n properties in English, but there are some texts of standard controls which change to German due to the default language set.
Also, my BSP application is under a unique namespace in the backend, like, /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/<mynamespace>/<all my BSPs under this package>. Is there a way I can have a setting that all applications that are only under this namespace could by the sap-ui-language and still display only in English?
