Post installion steps for SAPCRM 4.0(SR1)

Hi Gurus's,

We had installed SAP CRM4.0(SR1) with database SQL 2005(64bit enviornment).

Below is the System config details:

16gb Ram,AM64 bit process and 2TB Harddisk size.

Please let me know the post installtion steps and tunning paramets.
