Suppress Output for Closed PO

Hi,

actuallly the requirement suppress out put for closed po.

when delivery completed and final invoice indicator is checked the output shouldnt take place.

po out put should be suppress.

The following fields needs to be cleared to suppress PO output:

- EKPO-ELIKZ Delivery Completed Indicator

- EKPO-EREKZ Final Invoice Indicator

Standard program MEDRUCK can be used as a reference.

exactly i want to know is there any configration changes

where i can go head and do the changes, so that when the po in change mode when delivery completed and final invocie indicator is checked.out put shouldnot take place.

Hi,

I would advice you to check the following:

Please kindly review notes 46842 and 28869 for the SAP standard

behaviour.

28869 Printout of changes although field not print-relevant

46842 Change not relvt to printing generates chng mesg.

When a field is changed in a purchase order, a change message is

generated (created automatically by ME22, please refer to note 28869).

However, if the change is not relevant for printing, this message

can neither be displayed nor printed (Please refer to note 46842).

is there any config setting so that i can do the changes to stop the output when i do delivery complete and final indictor checked in ME22n.

or should i apply note.

Hi,

I would advice you to check the table T166C first.

A change message is always created for any change done in ME22/ME22N.

At the time the message is printed then table T166C (t-code: OMFS) is checked to see if the change is print relevant. If it is not, then you get the message ME140 "No print-relevant changes to document & exist". Please check in transaction ME9F.

I would advice you to check also the processing log for your message outputs in the ME23N (in ME23N "messages" - "processing log"): it can be that your PO was printed out, because of ANOTHER action which was not printed out before, but was print relevant. Please check also which changes happened in your document.

in OMFS can the setting be done.

when i click on delivery completed and final invoice, it should suppress PO output on changes to "Delivery Complete" and "Final Invoice" indicators.

How did you address your issue? I have also a similar problem with this. I need to suppress the output message in ME23N if these two fields were changed via transaction MEMASSPO.
