Facing error in MOPZ "TMWFLOWCL_MO_XML_MANAGER=====CP"

Dear All,

We have solution manager 7.0 with MSSQL server 2000. I am getting "program terminated" in MOPZ and i am not able to approve the SP.

Dump : Syntax error in program "/TMWFLOW/CL_MO_XML_MANAGER====CP "

I have tried with snote 1233954 , 1243197,1276025,1311841 and these notes are inconsistent in my system

Current patch levels are Basis 16, ABAP 16, ST400 17.

Please suggest me

if the listed notes are inconsistent I strongly encourage you to make them consistent by applying them correctly
