QM Sampling Procedure

Two different vendors are supplying one material. For vendor one we want to do 10% of sample lot inspection.

For Vendor two we want to do 20% of sample lot inspection.

Where we can maintain this information???

hi

in the inspection plan header -->"Material Assignment" you can create different group counter with same group( actually 2 tasks list) assign two different vendors here.

In the char level you can assign the different sampling procedure against the chars pertaining to different vendors.

Explore "dependent char specs" in task list

Copy the inspection plan. Assign one vendor to each plan. Change the sampling procedures in the plans as needed.
