T code for creating BP in CRM

Can anybody help me with the transactions codes required to create BP and contract account, etc. using CRM. It will be replicated in IS-U.

Hi,

You can use CRMD_ORDER transaction code for creating BP. Once you open CRMD_ODER, you can able to find the drop down box. There is a option for selecting the Business Partner. and also you can create contracts using the same transaction code.

Hi,

You can use TCode BUP1 to create a business partner in SAP CRM. Then, you can choose "Sold-to party". After this, a tab "Business Agreement" appear. By saving BP, a partner with his contact account will be replicated in SAP IS-U.

Hi,

since SAP CRM 2007, the WinGUI for the business application is no longer officially supported. You create business partners and business agreements (equivalent to contract accounts in the backend) in the SAP CRM WebClient. There are several roles delivered in standard SAP to support different sets of business requirements, for example UTIL_IC for the utilities interaction center agent or UTIL_SALES for the utilities key account manager.

Based on the pre-defined roles, you can customize your own roles.

In SAP CRM, the WinGUI is supported only for customizing/development.

I login as UTIL_IC

enter all data for business partner then save.

no business agreement created( only business partner created)

I expcet here Business agreement created automatically with internal number range

where is the link between business parnter and business agreement( there is be some config guiding this)

Create Business Partner in CRM and select the role as sold to party then you will get a another tab name called Business Agreement in BP t-code.

Business Agreement will replicate as Contract Account in ISU.

Hi,

You can use transaction CRMD_ORDER and BP for creating contract and BP in CRM. If you want to replicate same data in ISU then you will have to use CRM middleware for that. You need to do set of steps in CRM and ISU system and map contract and BP of ISU and CRM system. It is altogether a new topic. Not very simple one.
