current configuration ECC5.0 , Oracle 9i and Windows 2003

kindly advise me what are the things i need to do before System Upgrade from ECC 5.0 to ECC 6.0

kindly suggest any notes for System Upgrade from ECC5.0 to ECC6.0

You are going to have to upgrade your database to 10G and patched for starters....
