Problem in SC while adding a attachment

Hi experts,

when i am tring to add the attachment in SC systems shows an error message as "Content server is reporting an error please contact system admin"

could any one help me what needs to be done in this case

    Do you use external Contents Server?

    Hi,

    As you have mentioned that you are getting an error "Error occured during upload...The content server is reporting an error" . Please retest this problem without using the applet. For deativating the applet please do the following:

    - Go to IMG customizing, Tcode SPRO -> Supplier Relationship Management

    -> SRM Server -> Cross-Appl basic settings -> Define settings for

    attachments -> in the customizing screen

    - Mark 'X' Deactivate Java applet

    - Mark 'X' Deactivate Java versioning.

    Please check the settings in the transaction SICF for the docserver configuration, and SMICM ->GO TO services if the services are running and SSO2 transaction and check if everything is green here.
