Renew Inbound certificate in NWA

Hello Experts,

I need to renew the certificate for inbound scenario (HTTP_AAE to IDOC). but I don't know how to or from where to generate a certificate.

Kindly let me know from where I can generate a certificate?

I went through so many blogs but I got blogs regarding the installation of the certificate.
