CJ32 Budget exceeded

Dear All,

I have coming across a strenge error of budget exceeded while releasing budget. Two of my projects giving these error while rest is fine. Here error value is very high say in crores and not matching to any total up, addition and deletion. It gives for top level WBS element and rest two lower wbs elements.

For remedial action I have checked almost all. Also I have done CJBW abd CJBV for the same WBS elemets. We have only overall budgets. I have also checked CJI8 but no clues. We have version updates from 4.7 to 6 but rest of the projects runs well only these two gives error. Whether any note work here? please suggest.

It gives me error of BP603 with a abrupt value. Form which table it takes that value?

Hi Ahmed,

We also face the same problem in our projects. In reports budget is available but while doing posting system was giving budget exceed for XXX amount.

And SAP suggested same progrme RKANBU01 to run for the project or PO by exlpanation of inconsistency in CO tables.

But main question is 1st why system allowed to create more commitments and not update in CO table and SAP report was giving wrong budget available data.

After running this programe RKANBU01 values get transfered in CO table in reports also updated.

If you have any clue please update.
