Offline Risk Analysis

Hi,

If I want to configure off-line risk analysis, do I need to complete data extraction steps for all systems or just non sap systems?

Some documentation mentions that data extraction is required and other documents dont mention it.

I will have an ECC6.0 system connected to RAR and may want to run offline analysis on this. Will the data in the batch risk analysis suffice for this or do I need to do a data extraction from SAP also?

Nimah,

Data extraction functionality is used for Non-RTA (Non-SAP) systems to bring their data into RAR for risk analysis. Since your landscape will have ECC 6.0 system connected to RAR, no data extraction is needed for offline risk analysis or even the normal batch risk analysis with offline risk analysis config set to No.

Just ensure to do the user/role/profile sync for ECC system before running batch risk analysis.
