Salesman per Sales Area

Hi,

I maintained customer for two sales area, Division 01 & 02..

In each division, partner function, i maintained separate Salesman => 01 (Mr Dy), 02 (My X)

When I created an order, header got division 01.. but i have two materials with division 01 & 02..

At the item level partner function, i See only Mr Dy for both materials..

How can I do, such that , at item level, it will capture the Salesman per division in one sales order? (and not copy from Header Sales Data)

Do I really need to create to separate Sales Order for each division?

Thanks,

    Hi

Maintain your partner function for sales Man in Ship To Party and it should be determined from SH only in sales Order. Then only if the sales Order will have two different Ship To Party ( of different sales area) will determine two different Salesman.

    Hi,

Do what AA sugested above carry out partner determination on basis of ship to party

    OR ELSE,

Configure partner determination procedure at SALES ORDER ITEM LEVEL - VOPA & speciefy diffrent partner numbers at item level.

      Hi,

I have the same sold-to and same ship-to , but just a different salesman per division .. It copies the salesman from the header and not per division assigned to the material level..

Pls advise again how to.. I check VOPA at sales item level, I can see the partner function in there..
