FSCM worklist

Hi all,

I have been trying to create a worklist in UDM_genwl, but it seems that whenever I check UDM_SPecialist, I havent created one. I may be missing something or I am not doing it correctly.

Can anyone please help me on how to create my Worklist for FSCM for Collection Management?

To pull the AR ECC data into FSCM, you can execute program FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS. Also, is your table UDM_STRATEGY_V populated with the collection strategies? Hope this helps.

Hi,

A BP will be shown in the worklist , based on the collection strategy. If the BP does not qualify for the given collection strategy, the same will not be shown in wordlist. For example if your collection strategy requires, the BP to have dunning level of 4, then till the BP reaches level 4, this BP will not be shown in the wordlist. Please check your strategy and ensure that the conditions set in the strategy are met for the given BP.

Rumar:

a) Have you define collection groups ? (transaction UDM_GROUP) , and have you assign processor to it ?

b) Have you assign the collection group to the collection segment ? (transaction UDM_GROUP2SGMT) ?

c) Have you update the collection profile in all the relevant BPs ? (transaction UDM_BP) ?

I´m assuming you have sincronize the customer master data from AR to FSCM
