    Hi,

    Goto the T.Code "VA05".

Give the date range and also enter the sold-to-party.

Tick the check box "Open Sales orders".

Enter.I will gives you the list of orders that are open means pending.

You can also use the T.Code "VA05n".

Here also tick the check box "Open orders".

    Enter the document type etc...

Execute. Here also you will get the open orders.

    Regards,

    Krishna.

    Hi Shilpa,

Go to transaction code VA05 and give the sales are and the sold to party name and execute. It will display all open sales orders for that customer in that sales area.

    Hi

You can check the pending sales order through VA05 t code in that you have the option in the selection criteria open orders

once you execute the report it will show the status as below

A-----Open sales orders which has not been delivered

B-----Partial open sales order having partial qty is left for delivery

    Regards

    Damu

    Hi,

    Use t-code VAO5 or VA05N,

On fist screen select criteria as OPEN SALES ORDERS, dill other relevent data and execute, you will get all open orders,

Open orders is nothing but pending orders.

My orders are completed and still in open status. What is the reason for it. In my case there is no delivery concept.
