Hi,
What is the impact if I create Inspection Lot manually via QA01 using Inspection Type 01 and 05. Is there an impact on the stock level or on the MRP?

In simplest way
"as there is no stock posting screen in the Manually created Inspection lot" , there is no effect on stock or MRP.
That Means lot can not be seen against any mvt type in MMBE.
