Unable Connect Diagnostic Tools BO 3.1

Hello friends,

I have installed a BO 3.1 on Virual Red Had server (RHEL6 - VM).

Apparently, it looks all OK. I'm able to connect to CMC with the browser from a Windows on another machine. I see all BO servers up.

I see the 6400 port open at the RedHat server.

And I checked the firewall and It's correct So, when I try to used the BO3.1 Import Wizard or Diagnostic Tool don't connect to the CMS. It show FW01003 or FW01009 errors.

May you help me, please?

I would suggest to open the range 6400-6450 so that it will be easy for you to maintain the ports for all BO server.Please note ports needs to be opened bi-directional.

Below are the servers required for Import wizard.In this requirement you need 4 ports needs to be opened in range of 6400 - 6499

CMS Name Server Port (6400 by default)

CMS Request Port

Input FRS Request Port

Output FRS Request Port

Set the static port numbers in BO servers i believe you have already open range 6400-6499 or some thing else..If there is firewall between server to client systems then default ports will not work as default port will change dynamic in 5 series number.

I asked the firewall responsible to open only this ports:

6400, 6410, 8005, 8443 and 8080

Isn't it enough?

have you updated the static port in CMS/Input/Output servers in BO CMC?

No Amit, I haven't updated any port. BO is using default ports.
