What is difference between SAP GUI , PC UI and WEB UI ? What typ e of interface is CRM 5.0 ?

Hello,

In short: SAP GUI is a "non web" user interface for all SAP products. PCUI (CRM5.0) and WebUI (CRM5.1 onward) are Web interfaces for CRM module only. You will find one slide about those technologies in the following PDF:
