Hi,
I came across an issue in my SRM 4.0 system with shopping cart approval workflow.
I have manually added approvers to a shopping cart in addition to the default approvers through "Add Approver" and put the shopping cart on HOLD. After that I made some changes to the shopping cart and order it. After ordering it, I couldn't see the approvers that were manually added to the workflow. I could see only the default approvers.
If I directly order the cart without putting it on hold, then manually added approvers are there. Problem is there when I put the cart on hold and then order it.
Is this a standard issue? Are there any notes for this issue? Please advise.
