Change version in CC

When we are changing the contract in SAP CRM, we can see the various version in CC using the change version button but it is not showing under contract as change hierarchy .

The core tool view is working per provider contract version. It means that you select a version and you will see all the items valid for this version.

Once you have selected a version, it is not possible to display item from an other version.

If you want to check the value of the contract and if you are thinking that the core tool view is erroneous, I suggest that you save the provider contract in a file (by using the core tool) and open this XML file with a text editor.

If at the end, you estimate that there is a bug in the view or in the provider content itself, don't hesitate to create an incident on the SAP support portal.

Hi Eric,

My scenario is like : contract first created for "Sub-Package = Gold" and hence recurring Charge Plan(CP) determined the price(50) for "Gold". Customer is charged on monthly basis on the 1st of the each month.

Customer requested for upgrade of his/her package and hence the CP is now with "Sub-Package= Premium" on 15th of the month.

The requirements are:

• To generate a credit BIT for "Gold" ,because we are charging him in advance
• Generate another BIT for "Premium" for rest of the 15 days.

As I understand with ever change the old CP got suspended and CP is active, so can I use the "suspension" and "Activation" one shot charge to calculate /prorate the refund for old package and charge for new one.

Please guide.

Contract Change

Suppose customer is on Recurring product with discount 0.5% (base sub- Package) and usages charge. This is creating contract with 2 Charge Plane (CP) –one for recurring and one for usages.

Customer has requested change for recurring product–from base sub- Package to Gold sub- package, gold offers 1.0% discount .

When I perform the contract change from SAP CRM, I can see the different versions of charge plan by using change version in CC , but these different version of the charge plan I cannot see under the contract as it is showing the below image.

Hello, can explain what do you mean by "change hierarchy" ?
