Getting Error : Action Canceled on SAP Library Message

Hi,

I have upgraded my system to Ehp4, I configured the SR13 with HTMLHELPFile on DEV Server with following parameters in SR13.

when i click on HELP --> SAP Library then received Action Canceled in window right Panel. and when i try to open .chm file from share path in the server or within the LAN then also received Action Canceled.

i have also applied this note: Note 857216 - SAP help files (.chm) not displayed correctly but did not solve the problem. guide me for the same.

Hi,

This is the problem with .chm files when accessed with a network share.

Please google. There are lot of links which will give solution to this as the one below
