Logo not visible on printout

Hi,

We have added a new logo to an SAP Script. The logo can now be seen in the print preview, but is not visible when we take a printout. We have saved the spool as pdf but the logo is not visible in the pdf also. We have tried various printers, but the logo is not coming on the printout.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Try printing the Logo from SE78 directly.

Or

Check in tcode SP01>CTRLSHIFTF10>RAW>Display> now search the for the logo name.

Solved the problem by deleting the logo and uploading it once again.
