Error page cannot be displayed

when a custom standard task 94000028 is called from backend to workflow it is displaying the webpage in portal but when we copied the same task to create a new task it is not working it is giving error page cannot be displayed it is using standard BO extsrv and method process what can be the reason is it some ninding related problem from the workflow side
