Mobile Services not available

Dear all,

I've enabled Mobile Services in SAP Cloud Platform Neo Environment of customer Exprivia and assigned roles to my USER-ID but when I click on link Go to Service the system gives a response 503 (see scree-shots below).

Please let mi know how to fix the problem.

Yes this is what looks like.I think you should check with SAP team on the same.

From the URL it looks like you are using a productive account not a trial one right? If yes then please check if you have subscription for the same

Dear Nabheet,

yes I'm using a productive account. How can I check if I have a subscription for the mobile services?

I've been able to enable Mobile Service and to assign roles to the S-USER that I use to login in the account.

The problem occurs when I click on the link Go to Service.

May be the problem is caused by the fact that we have not purchased a licence for SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Services as stated in Prerequisistes?

Prerequisites

To explore and use the powerful capabilities of Mobile Services cockpit, verify that:

  • You have purchased a license for SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Services and received an e-mail notification that the service has been configured.
  • A single user within your organization should have access to the global account, and is known as a super administrator; this user has full access to SAP Cloud Platform Cockpit and can assign subscriptions for Mobile Services cockpit to your organization's SAP Cloud Platform account.

Hi Luigi,

Try to assign administrator and developer role for all first 4 services in take action. Also check trust configuration and try to set it default.

Hi Ashwin,

as you suggested I've set trust configuration to Default settings (before it was set to Custom one) but the problem is still present.

About roles I assigned all ones to my USER-ID for the four mobile services listed under Take Actions.

It seems that the mobile service is not available.

Any ideas?
