Using Carbonite To migrate SAP to virtual landscape

Has anyone had the pleasure of using Carbonite Migrate for migration of SAP from Physical to Virtual environment?

If so what are the pitfalls of using the tool and does SAP support the tool?

SAP does not care about the product you use to migrate your SAP system into virtual or cloud environments, but we also don't support your system during the migration. You will get support before and after migrating your system for all questions which are not related to the migration. Please make sure that you migrate to one of our supported virtualization solutions and take care about its configuration prerequisites. For details, see SAP Note 1492000 as an overview and the platform SAP notes in detail; also the WIKI pages linked to this space here might be valuable.

I personally never heard of Carbonite Migrate.
