Hi Experts,
For an Employee in a pay period WPBP table have 4 splits. I checked Infotypes IT0000, IT0001, IT0007 , IT0008 and IT00027.
I found that there is a change in Infotype IT0008 i.e. her Basic pay is changed in this pay period. For that i assume we should have only 2 splits.
I wanted to know what are the other conditions(apart from record changes in these Infotypes) which are responsible for WPBP split. In short how can we determine WPBP split?
I tried googling but didn't got enough information
Thanks in Advance
Hi Pradeep
I might be too late at answering this question. I do not generally log in and answer question but I just came across this question and decided to answer
while your understanding about WPBP is correct w.r.t Infotypes mentioned, Operation WPBPCx is used to split wagetypes in other Infotypes like IT0014. there might be a custom rule in your schema which would be resulting into this split
Check the rules in your schema, it should be normally after the initialization part, there must be a custom rule which should be splitting the wage types

WPBP is a function which transfers master date of the work centre and Basic pay for the payroll period to Internal table WPBP.
It basically stores the wagetypes of Basic pay In the Internal Table IT.
