Hello Experts,
When PR is created in ECC system. It is causing queue and does not transfer to SRM system.
It is happening for some PRs only.

I suspect that on queue you mean that the PRs stuck in SMq1 queue, so in case you trasnfser the PRs via the report: BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER I recommend you to check the following wiki page for troubleshooting:

I have gone through the url and checked the errors which are causing queue.
Error is "No relevant active product xxxx found" COM_PRODUCT028.
Could you please guide me on this error.
