Hi Experts,
We are testing a update connection with a third party vendor. The problem we are having is that the messages are not received in PI. No logs are available to check in the sender channel or message monitor. The vendor sends messages via HTTP post method with a target URL using username and password credentials.
The said credentials are still valid and the vendor says they have no errors on the side. They see 200 code response so it's not a problem. The network team also mention that URL was accessed just recently since there was a new test message sent.
We have PI 7.31 single stack
Can you please help us point to where to check or where we may be missing something?
