Hi,

I get the following error when I click on Exception Analysis for one of our managed system.

Solution Manager Diagnostics -> End to End Analysis -> Select the Managed system and click on Exception Analysis

The URL http://kressapcrm.in.kres.keane.com:8000/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ags_workcenter was not called due to an error.

Note

The following error text was processed in the system SOL : Exception condition "COMMUNICATION_ERROR" raised.

The error occurred on the application server KRESSAPCRM_SOL_00 and in the work process 0 .

The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

The ABAP call stack was:

If the termination type was RABAX_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination in the system SOL in transaction ST22.

If the termination type was ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination on the application server KRESSAPCRM_SOL_00 in transaction SM21.

If the termination type was ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can search for more information in the trace file for the work process 0 in transaction ST11 on the application server KRESSAPCRM_SOL_00 . In some situations, you may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes.

If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

Hi,

You may check Note 1354650 - Dump in work center when timeout occurs.

I got the same issue and got fixed with above note. It is being fixed with Solman EHP1-SP05 (SAPKITL431).

Issue got fixed y upgrading IGS version.

Have you activated workcenter services and assigned workcenter roles to ur userid.

after this

Pls check the ST22 dump in your system.

Error analysis

A RAISE statement in the program "CL_IGS_CHART_ENGINE===========CP" raised the

exception condition "COMMUNICATION_ERROR". Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior

program, processing was terminated.

If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following

keywords:

"RAISE_EXCEPTION" " "

"CL_IGS_CHART_ENGINE===========CP" or "CL_IGS_CHART_ENGINE===========CM002""EXECUTE"

or

"CL_IGS_CHART_ENGINE===========CP" "COMMUNICATION_ERROR"

or

"SAPMHTTP " "COMMUNICATION_ERROR"

Dear Shailaja,

If you have OS access then please follow the path to your usr\sap\<SID>\DVEBMGS\Work directory, there you will find the file called dev_0. Open that with Notepad and paste it here.

Or you can ask your basis consultant to do this job as well.

Hi,

We dont find any files called Dev_0.Only these files are available : dev_rfc0,dev_server0 and dev_w0.
