CUA User could not be deleted error

HI,

Recently we have moved systems to new CUA. I have a issue when trying to delete the user in CUA system, it is saying user could not be deleted. COuld you please advice.

What is the exact error text and the technical error code associated with it?

Is it a kind of authorization issue. Can you check /nSU53 screen shot also put a trace to ensure you have proper access to delete that user in CUA.

This is an Old issue and Reoccuring , Please advice

Error : User could not be deleted when we tried deleting user via SU01.

But i have created Test user and It is allowing me to delte with same access. Please advice whether is there any issues with table level data.

I have checkd for SU53 and Ran the trace as well, but couldnot catch up.

Did you check in the child system if that user exists?

Did you already check sap note#[648367|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/648367] in reference to similar error in CUA
