SAP Fiori NewsTile suddenly empty and weird AR_NEWS_REDRCT service active

Hi,

I've created Fiori NewsTile in on-premise launchpad and it was working fine until suddenly now it's empty and this sap/public/bc/AR_NEWS_REDRCT service appeared in SICF and it's prepended in URL of RSS feed and doing so the RSS feed doesn't work.

The let's call the RSS feed "Z_RSS_FEED" and the url of RSS feed becomes "http://{{url}}/sap/public/bc/AR_NEWS_REDRCT?PROXYVALUE=http://{{url}}/Z_RSS_FEED" and this doesn't work.

the direct url of Z_RSS_FEED works fine ("http://{{url}}/Z_RSS_FEED")

Any ideas what is this AR_NEWS_REDRCT and how to fix this issue?

Regarding this try to implement the following SAP notes:

2384634 - Corrections for News TIle

2433955 - NewsTile: Issues in Navigating to local news feeds

For SAP note 2384634 make sure to make the manual post implementation steps described there.
