F-44 Clearing Warning

Dear All,

When we clear vendor line items through F-44 following warning message is appeared.

After press enter warning message is appearing continuously and system doesn't allow to post the entry. Normally we can ignore warning messages and can further process the transaction. But in quality server we can ignore above warning and system allows to post the transaction. I know the reason for above warning and can resolve it but My question is why in production, system doesn't allow to ignore the above warning and doesn't allow to post it. But in quality system does.

Hi Lakshan Ganewatta,

just now checking in my system. so can u please go to T code: OB41, select posting key "39" and double click on special GL tab and give Account type "K" and try it once and Maintain account key and special gl indicator in T code: OBXT, , or else trying with posting with posting key "38".

Hi Lakshan Ganewatta.

I think field status for the posting key 39. can you please check here is there any difference for quality and production Tcode: OB41. i will also check it once.

I checked. But there is no any difference between QTY and PRD.

Thanks for your reply. I know the reason for this warning message and how to resolve it. My question was in quality we can post the transaction even warning message is appeared (After press enter) but in production we can't post the transaction when warning message is appeared.
