Technical error; check log file for further information

Hi, after upgrading a client CCO from CCO 2.0 FP 5 to CCO 2.0 FP06 PL06 one of the systems brings up this error: "technical error; check the log file for further information" and in the log file I found this error "receipt already exist". How can I resolve this issue?

Hello Gideon,

the above mentioned error is an known issue, please update to the latest patch of SAP Customer Checkout 2.0 FP06. Currently patch 08 is available in the SAP Market Place.
