Hi all,
In NW2004s under windows 2003 server oracle 10g...
Solution Manager 7.0 Messages server and gateway running fine. but dispatcher stopped...
I checked all ORA servcies are running fine...
I try to restart Inscance again but same problem
I checked ABAP trace log...
I am sending dev_w0 log
Please help me out

It looks like datafile 7 not accessible and possible reason may be the datafile in recover mode.
You can issue the following stmt to see if any of the datafiles are not online.
select status,FILE# from v$datafile;
If the file 7 is in recover mode, you or your dba might need to recover it.
Also make sure there is a space for the datafile to expand or make it autoextensibkle off.
