SOAMANAGER Consumer service - Trace ping test



I'm performing a self-test for one of the consumer services in SOAMANAGER and it returns with the following error:

SRT Framework exception: Service Ping ERROR: Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: ICM_HTTP_SSL_ERROR")

Wondering HOW TO TRACE THE LOGS and if there is a way to identify the root cause of this issue ?

Any thoughts on this please?
