Hi everybody
I created a coding mask for my WBS :
ex : T-000000-0-XX-XX-XXX-XXX
My client would like the following structure :
Project definition : T-400003
WBS level 1 : T-400003-0
WBS level 2 : T-400003-0-10
WBS level 1 : T-400003-1
WBS level 2 : T-400003-1-10
The system accepts WBS level 1: T-400003-1
but refuses T-400003-0 which becomes T-400003.
I changed the coding mask in T-000000-X-XX-XX-XXX-XXX but it doesn't work.
Would you have any solution?
thanks a lot
ps : happy new year 2010 to you !
Véronique
Hi,
we have created a coading mask consists of 26 Charecters but after 16th digit system is accepting the WBS code but it is not displaying.
pls suggest whether to go for only 16 digits or is there any option.

Hi
When you upload/create WBS elements through a program then system will create the code with 0 (usually when there is a lower level below it then only 0 is possible through program/BAPI). Manually system cannot accept 0 as it has no value.

that is the standard behaviour
0 is null and hence gets removed
ask your client to use 1,2,3
